Would not recommend Rays FlooringWe had a leak from the ice maker in kitchen which was covered by our insuranceWe had hired a contractor to fix all flooring & drywall but he failed to do hardwood flooring correctCalled Rays flooring to finish floor & after a quote & started work told me the replaced hardwood was not the same & would cost another $to take out & replaceA few months after floor was completed the hardwood that was replaced started separating quite a bitCalled owner s few times & was told both he & the installer had medical issues & was unable to deal with right awayAfter a few more calls the installer came out & looked at it & said it was due to weather & to wait A month & then call him if it didn't go back to normalCalled again after month twice & he told me he didn't have time to come to fix & didn't know when he couldHe told me to buy floor putty & fill the gaps which we did but really doesn't look that goodI will not call them back

Called Rays flooring to finish floor & after a quote & started work told me the replaced hardwood was not the same & would cost another $1000 to take out & replace. A few months after floor was completed the hardwood that was replaced started separating quite a bit. Called owner s few times & was told both he & the installer had medical issues & was unable to deal with right away. After a few more calls the installer came out & looked at it & said it was due to weather & to wait A month & then call him if it didn't go back to normal.
