HORRIBLE Experience! This company promotes 24/7 service. I called at 7:45am to inquire if they could come out and fix my garage door. My car was stuck inside. John asked if he could call me back. After not hearing back for 35 minutes, I called another company. When John called me back 45 mins later, I politely told him I had called someone else. He then proceeded to yell at me asking what did I expect calling someone at 7:45 on a f[redacted] Sunday morning! He continued by yelling obscenities at me, calling me a b[redacted] and told me he hoped I got "raked over" by the other company and hung up on me.
