We have a Swing recline made by Kids ii, purchased for my grandson 3-4 years ago- we hardly used , perhaps a dozen times only to determine lately that the unit (although stored very carefully away in original box and bagged) we managed to see that my new grandchild (just two months old) was not securely swinging in it as we thought. In fact, it appeared as though (for as little motion of swing as there was applied) she was going to fall out because the swing recline was not working properly. As I mentioned the unit was hardly ever used for my grandson at the time (he is now 4 years old) and his sister liked it, it seems, but we were afraid she was in danger. We contacted the manufacturer, and they said it was passed the warranty state. Although I reminded them it's a manufacturing defect, they did not respond. The item was made in China and had I known I would have not purchased it because it seems everything we buy that's made in that country does not seem to carry on toward a working unit for anything these days, sorry that this is the truth and not just an opinion.
I will never buy from kids ii ever again because they don't stand behind the defective product.
