Just Fabulous Repurposed Furniture and Consignment

In June (this year), I took a number of items to the consignment store to be sold.Several of my items were sold and my agreement was to receive 50% of the sales price.To this day I have not received my 50% commission. I have stopped in to the store, called on the phone several times.The owner [redacted], always has an excuse- forgot her check book, forgot to bring a check, "I'll mail it to you", I have heard it all, and still haven't received my commission check.I'm tired of the excuses and can't see any other alternative, but take some formof action.She owes me approximately 87.50, and still has some of my items that haven't sold.That would amount to another amount.Thank you for your service.Desired SettlementI want a check for the items sold thus far, and a check for any items sold in the future.Business Response Please note that I have taken care of this issue.
