Review: My wife and I purchased a [redacted] wall to wall rug about 15 months ago which they claimed was one of the best rugs made with a 20 year warrantee.The store came out to look and said they had to contact the manufacturer.The mannufacturer came out and took pictures and said it was an installation problem and that my wife cleans too much. He was there about 2 to 3 minutes. The store wants to glue the 20+ problem areas and some are not in the seams.We suggessted a new rug which our neighbor was told that they no longer make our rug when she tried to buy it about a month or two after we bought ours. Can you help?Desired Settlement: New rug of higher quality
