On or before February 23rd 2018 I purchased an insurance policy for two vehicles full coverage in the amount of $509 at that moment I asked the agent Alex to set me up on auto pay so that my policy due date would be on or around the 23rd through the 26th of the following month which would have been March of 2018 I paid half of the policy $426 and was supposed to pay the rest within two weeks $80 totaling $509 on March 7th I received a letter in the mail of cancellation of the policy because they had not received the $80 I also received mail from national general which they purchased the policy through stating that my policy would be due on March 16th I then contact the Alex at just Auto Insurance in concern of the policy being due on the 16th which was March 7th she stated that she was set me up on auto pay so that my payment could be due on the 26th of each month and that she would get back to me no later than that Thursday with the updated information I never heard back from her I called the following week on Monday and spoke to her supervisor Elizabeth who advised me that changing my due date from the 16th to the 26th was inaccurate and that she was going to try and help me I may be purchasing a different policy or speaking with her superiors to see what they could do from the 7th Thru the 20th of March Elizabeth gave me the run-around she didn't return my phone calls and she did not comply with what she said as she promised so on March 20th I canceled my policy for a full refund in which she said I would get that she was not sure and how many business days on April 2nd I found out that I was scammed out of my money and then I would not be getting a full return just Auto never contacted National General in regards to cancelling my policy which was cancelled on March 29th I spoke with corporate who had no idea of the situation and could do nothing to help me and advised me that I was not going to get a return of $509 after reviewing all of the reviews I found out that just auto insurance of Riverside California is a professional scam artist company please be advised and do not go there for business thank you

I have been to this brokerage twice and both times there was erroneous information on my policy. Also, the representative advised me NOT to write that I'm married when I'm not for a cheaper rate. No one should be coaching anyone to write false information. That is a form of fraud and I think this brokerage should be investigated.
