Just a Dollar Flooring

Credited $787.09 to credit card for tile, tile was not what I needed. Would not credit my card, and no refund check since 6/5/20.
On 6/3/20, purchased tile for $787.09. (Order Number***) Tile was available in store, and I told them I needed to show my tile setter what I bought. I was told, "no problem, we will hold it and your guy can pick it up." Tile was not type I needed. I went back on 6/4/20 and they were closed, returned on 6/5/20 and was told they could not credit my credit card for the refund, that corporate would send me a check. They gave me a receipt with a -787.09 balance (PO Number REFUND CHECK). I have made 4 trips to store, each time I have had a positive relationship with the salesperson, but they have no authority to issue a check. They have made several calls, and texted their home office with me in the store. It is now 6/26/20, I have not received a check and I have also filed a complaint with my credit card company today.
