I ordered a product from this company. They accepted my payment and never delivered it. I sent them an email 2 weeks after the product was supposed to arrive and they ignored it. A week and a half later I tried to call them and their number was disconnected. I sent them an email letting them know I was disputing the charge and filing a complaint with you and they sent back a poorly worded response saying it got lost in the mail and they'd send another item. I told them not to and that I wanted a refund and they again ignored it.
