Review: On March **, 2015 I called Jurassic Fuels to order 150 gallons of heating oil. During that conversation I told her not to use the card on file, but to use my mother's [redacted] card. I gave her, [redacted] at Jurassic all the information from my mom's [redacted] card. They delivered the oil Friday March **, 2015. On Friday evening I noticed in my checking account she had charged the fuel to my card rather than my mom's [redacted] and I knew that was going to cause lots of problems because my bank account was very low in funds, thus my I was using my mom's card. I tried calling them Saturday, but they were closed. I called them early on Monday morning and spoke to [redacted]. She sent in a paper to card services for my banks for removal of the charge on Monday at about 11:00 am. I received a call from a man named [redacted] at card services at 1:30 pm. He told me my account may seem strange for a few days while the charge was taken off. I knew he was from the bank so I took him at his word. I started getting insufficient fees on my account of $38.00 each. I asked for Jurassic to pay them, but they blamed it on poor practices by my bank. They tried telling me that all the charges were from my bank not doing their banking right. My way of thinking is that if she had charged the right card to start with we would not even know what my bank's practices were and there would not be insufficient fees. We spoke to a lawyer at legal aid at the [redacted], my husband has **, and they said Jurassic was responsible for the insufficient fees. The fees were for three of my husband's life insurance premiums that are automatically drafted. We had $78 in the bank to cover them until the wrong card fiasco. I am using this route to see if Jurassic Fuels will own up to their mistake and do the right thing.Desired Settlement: Pay us for all fees charged by the bank.

The business has responded. Please see below:I have been working diligently with [redacted] and her back since 3/**/15 to get this situation resolved. We delivered to her on 3/** and I didn't charge the card until 3/**/15. I did in error charge the wrong card. I contacted mrs sinclairs bank personally and spoke with [redacted] who she acknowledges in her complaint. He too told me the charge would be removed and they would reverse it and take it off on Monday 3/**/15. I too believed this would happen and it didn't not. That same day I spoke to [redacted] and asked her to check her online banking at 1pm (because I sent proof to her bank at 10:58 am that morning) asking her to make sure it came off and if it didn't I would call her bank again that day because [redacted] from her bank told me it was all done in real time and can have it removed in an hour. I never heard back from her until the following day at 4:27 pm telling me it didn't come off and she has all theses charges . I called the bank again and they gave me the run around wouldnt say why they didn't fix it after they said they would. I have asked her on several occasions to send me her info proving that it was in fact my charge that caused her insufficient funds and I would be happy to pay for it if her bank is not willing to work with us. Most banks do. She kept sending me papers with a pending transaction of my charge but the NSF fees were already posted. Her bank explained to me that her nsf fees wouldn't post before my transaction posted if it was due to my charge. I am now and have been since she brought this error to my attention working with her bank and I have been in touch with her throughout. I'm a little stunned by this considering I have been working on this and keeping in touch with her throughout. We are still in the process of working now with the manager of card services at her bank who in fact told me that he did not like the way this whole situation wen t down and he was getting to the bottom of this. He said his office gave me and [redacted] the wrong info and he is trying to rectify it. I will as I promised her from the beginning that I will work with the bank to get this resolved and I will pay her nsf fees if they don't refund them, if they were in fact caused my charge due to my error. It was an error, I have apologized many times, I am human and have been working with her and her bank since. I am fully prepared to make good on any error but the transaction is still being worked out and she has yet to send me proper paperwork proving it was due to my charge.
