Junk my Car

Review: I sold my car to Junk My Car. I thought they were going to junk my car. They didn't. They sold the car to US Trade and Export. The title did not get switched over. Somebody now has the car and is ran up hundreds of dollars of tickets on the vehicle. I have no way to stop it and can't resolve the issue with Long [redacted] Police Department or ** Metro Express Lanes. This has become an absolute nightmare for me. I'm stressed out. I can't sleep. I received $300 for my car and have spent $500 of my time and money trying to resolve this problem. I went to DMV. They told me, the tickets will never end.To me, it's fraud to say your junk my car, and you're not junking my car. The tickets went to City of Long Beach Financial. So my credit will soon be ruined by this mess.

The purchaser of the vehicle, US Trade & Export, was unaware that the vehicle was titled in WI and also registered in CA. They have since filled out the release of liability in CA which should prevent further tickets.

We are working on getting all tickets dismissed. We currently have resolved all except for 1 that we are aware of and are following up to ensure the last one is taken care of. We are also sending [redacted] $100 to compensate for the postage he incurred and the time he spent travelling to the DMV.

[redacted] was informed to notify us in the event that any future tickets are received so we can continue to assist as needed and get this issue fully resolved.
