Junk King of Denver

Junk king looked at four piles of construction debris, each approx. 3 feet tall in middle, sloped, and approx 15’x15’, and estimated 1 1/2, to 2 loads, each 18 cubic yards. Based on that maximum they started and we went to work.
When we came home at 6:00 PM, only two of the four had been removed, and they claimed that they had already made four truck loads! Is this a “bait and switch”.
