Junk-It Orlando

I spoke with Jody on Tuesday 4/14/2020 at around 2:00 PM in regards to some yard debris that we wanted removed from our house. Jody had advised me to send her pictures of all the debris which I did and she promptly called me back and advised the quote was $150.00 which I agreed to have them remove all the debris. Then on Wednesday 4/15/2020 at around 3:45 PM I sent Jody another text with another picture of some more debris that we wanted to be removed. Jodi then followed up with a text stating $175.00 and then followed up via text stating "you want to add that pile to the job" I followed up yes please.

The company arrived today 4/16/2020 around 9:30 AM and begin to remove all the yard debris, after the gentleman completed the job then and only then did I receive a call from Jody stating being there was a 3.4 full of a truck there normal rate is $550 however she would not charge me that. She would only charge me $375 to remove the debris, this should have been discusses prior to any of the debris being loaded.
