I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They never put a transaction through, despite weeks of SUFFICIENT funds, because EBT said they would open an investigation if it was charged due to me being charged for things I did not receiveNo matter what is said, I did not receive all of the items I'm being charged for, which has happened to numerous people, and this company needs to stay on that topic instead of trying to divert the issue Regards, [redacted] ***
We have not been doing deliveries since September as we are upgrading our systems so there is no way juniors Food Truck could have taken any funds from her ebt card as we have not been doing any transactionsThanks

According to our files there is no record of payment for this customerYes a order was delivered to her but payment was never made due to insufficient funds but if the customer believes this to be untrue then we are requesting a copy of her ebt statement for the month of September to prove other wise

I have received my food from juniors my complaint was never about me receiving my food my complaint was concerning they're customer service and with holding public info on who to contact with my complaint the...
information was withheld from the receptionist stated she cannot give out that info.the reason I reached our to the Revdex.com was simply because I had no other way to resolve the issue.a Michele no last name was mentioned she left a vm nothing stating an apology or explanation of any sort she simply stated "tried to call you" my argument is because we received snap benefits does not me your customers get treated with any type of demeanor other than respect and if there's a concern it should be address as soon as possible the only reason they returned my call is simply because I reached out to the Revdex.com had I not I wouldn't have even received a phone call
