Initial Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2015/07/09) */
In regards to customer, case number XXXXXXXX, my business is willing to refund eight hundred dollars of labor cost. As for the parts used on the vehicle, it is still in his/her possession and will not be able to refund the customer the full...
amount he/she paid.
Concerning the clock spring, the customer never gave me the opportunity to look for/at the problem. The customer called regarding the issue and agreed to bring the vehicle to the shop on a busy Saturday morning before any of my appointments showed up. In spite of our agreement, the customer showed up two hours before closing and I was not able to stop the current job that I was already working on. I then asked the customer to bring, it back to the shop on the following business day, which was Monday, but never showed. As a result the customer took his/her vehicle to another shop and had his/her problem fixed there without giving me the opportunity to assess the issue.

Hello, I just received your letter we would like to except Junior's Automotive's refund offer of $800.00. We reached out to [redacted] today and asked him how he would like to handle the refund. He said he would like for the Revdex.com to process the refund. If we can please move forward with getting me my refund that would be great.
Thank you
