Junior Sports Association (JSA)

My complaint is concerning my refund. My little girl plays with a travel ball team and we entered into a tournament with Junior Sports [redacted]. and the price was $200.00. I paid for the tournament and was informed the league did not have any other girl teams for our girls to play against. I was told that my refund would be credited back to my card. The money was taken out of my acct on May 27,2014 and on May 29, 2014, I was told the refund would have been put back on my card. As of today, I have not received my money and I have contacted Junior Sports [redacted]. and they assured me that they would check into the matter and give me evidence that they returned my refund. I have called them, emailed them and also tried to contact them through their web site and I have not received an explanation of why I have not received my refund of $200.00.Account_Number: Basketball TournamenDesired SettlementI would like for this matter to be settled by giving my refund bask as promised.
