response to the costmor complaine1- before the coustmor sign the contract he came to our warhouse we showed him the every thing the panles evap coiles condenser units 2- we explained to him how we do every thing and how we asymble the box 3- we don't faricat the panles  it...

manufacutert in us  nsf and ul  arooved  this panles was insttled in [redacted] supermakt 4- after singing the contract we applied for permit from orland park village 5- after we installed the box  coustmer was ok and happy  and the village inspector was there 2 times and never say any thing wrong in our work 6- the coustmor  paid us 3 payments after each stage of work which he  approved 7- yes I admit it took  longer than spouse to be 8- we ben in refrigeration business over 17 years 9- I under stand the costumer  need the freezer  we apologize for the delay 10i try to call him 2 times on Thursday 10 /5and I text him  to try to resolve this matter but he never response 11- we are committed to deliver what we promises to the customer 12- the box and theeavap coils and the condenser unit  more than sufficient to do the job 13- the evap coils less than 6 month old high efficiency coils 14- we are willing to give the costumer  a discount   and fixe the  issues 15- we will ask for complete inspection from the village 16- every thing is don we only need few hours to balance the system 17- 7-
