Junior Davis Transport and Hauling

Review: Junior Davis was contracted to haul my vehicle during my relocation and deliver it to my new home at [redacted]. On Sunday September 6, 2015 I was contacted by Junior Davis stating the car would be delivered that day. Several calls were exchanged where the driver claims he could not find our address when he did find our address he claimed that a state trooper would not allow him to come down our street. I agreed to head up to the main road to meet him and take possession of the car. When I arrived moments later he was nowhere to be found and would not answer my calls. Finally I received a nasty call from the dispatcher stating if I wanted my car I had to meet him. After being given the wrong address and driving 30-40 minutes out of my way with my wife, toddler and 1 week old son we located the driver. My wife reminded him that he was paid to deliver to our address, not for us to come to him. She asked "I am less than 2 weeks postpartum, I am not allowed to drive what happens if I am in an accident, my insurance won't cover it, will you?" He claimed he had been threatened she pointed out that it was not a threat, but a legitimate question then returned to our children. I spoke with him trying to reason with him, he claimed the incident was recorded which I said "great, then it will show that no one threatened you, man to man, just give me my car and this can be over with." He refused, peeled out in my car to place it on the tailor and left. He is still refusing to turn over my car a week later and has filed a false report with my employer stating he was threatened and that I refused to sign for the car that I drove nearly 40 minutes to retrieve. He has lied to police officers, my employer and myself in this process while retaining possession of a car that he was given 2 days to deliver.Desired Settlement: I want my car fully inspected by a third party of my choosing to ensure all parts are original and in working order as they were when Junior Davis took possession of the vehicle. I then want it delivered to my home as contracted. Finally, and this is highly important, a letter sent to my employer retracting his false accusations.
