Hello, [redacted] ; I am Mark from Youngstedts and I would like to comment on the complaint by [redacted] We did forget to rotate his tiresWhen he asked my front counter person if the tires were rotated he looked at the work order instructions and it said to rotate the tiresHe assumed that the tires were rotated and told the customer thatI believe it was a just an oversightI did talk to the the technician that worked on the car and told him to make sure he reads the repair order and performs the services stated on the work order I will be contacting the customer Sincerely Mark ***, Manager

We feel that we have resolved Mr***'s complaint. We replaced Mr***'s Transmission and refunded him his original amount paid. Mr*** also requested his old transmission core which we did. Please see Mr***'s signed release statement that he has no further

the tires were rotated and told the customer that. I believe it was a just an oversight.
