I bought a brand New Samsung stove about a year ago for my mom and she loves it the price was very affordable too! I compared prices from other stores and I got the best deal with Julius sewing and appliance! I heard about this Hidden Gem through a friend. I was looking for high-end appliances at a discount. I walked into this Warehouse in South Natomas in the business district and follow all the wall appliances. The appliances were typically dented scratched but otherwise brand new internally. Dan the owner told me for a fraction of the cost he would replace any scratched or broken area of the appliance eventually giving me a completely brand new unit. The best deal I found was my high-end KitchenAid double oven retailing for a little over 5,500 at Sears. He had the same double oven for 1700. Apparently the lower oven glass was cracked so he replace the entire lower oven door had a delivered and installed after taxes less than $2,000 and they give a good cash discount and a one year warranty. I ended up getting all of my kitchen appliances including a very nice brand new outdoor refrigerator for outdoor kitchen for $70 which Home Depot had for 599. I typically don't go into so much detail on a review but I really want to keep this place going because it is in fact a Hidden Gem. Retailers just charge way too much for appliances. Another note the last time I was there just browsing for fun I thought a $12,000 double side Viking refrigerator for $4,500 with only a few scratches on the front door.

I went with my mom this weekend looking for a new gas stove, the best price we found was at this place, We are so happy to have found them on craigslist .

The storefront is just a small little door and window with a faded sign in front. My wife and I looked at each other and were hesitant to even go inside, but it was a Saturday and was the only non-big-box store near our house that was open. Our main goal was to talk to someone that had a good understanding of appliances and could guide us in the right direction. Not what you usually get at the big-box places. We eventually went inside and boy are we glad that we did. That small storefront was just the tip of the iceberg. The store has a small display area, but the warehouse is huge and filled with appliances. Apparently there is another warehouse even bigger. Don't get me wrong, this doesn't have the pretty displays and kitchen mockups you can get elsewhere, but it doesn't have their high prices either. Dan was the person that helped us out. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we needed. We were initially looking for a rangetop, oven and hood. He steered us away from both the cheaper brands and showed us why (to be expected), but also advised us against the higher priced ones as well (red knobs anyone?). He showed us an excellent option priced in the middle that had all the bells and whistles (and even more) than the high priced brands with the same trusted and longstaning brand name reputation. All at a price substantially lower than the best online price we could find. In fact, he will look up the product online right there in front of you to show you. Not only that but we took his price to several other appliance stores in the area over the next couple of days and they were over $1,000.00 higher for the same package we got quoted $7,100.00 here. We ended up adding a fridge and dishwasher to the package and saved around $2,000.00 over the lowest price I could find anywhere else. I highly recommend checking them out and comparing them to anyone else.

He know his products and will show you his prices versus other big box stores like HOME DEPOT, LOWES and BEST BUY in front of you to compare the items. They sale new and if you ask them they have cosmetic return items. I went to a few stores around the area and he bested there prices. He will even honor other stores sale prices if you ask. To be honest I thought the location was somewhat small but then realized he has another entire warehouse full of items connected to the store front. first but as you get to know them to you see they are a legit store thats been in business for 15 years. They also do free delivery if you negotiate it. Based on my footwork I did visiting several stores they have a decent sleoetio.

Great prices, great customer service. We got an amazing deal on our kitchen set, all NEW GE monogram appliances for about 50% off of new prices (stove, fridge, dishwasher). We ended up not needing the fridge and they returned the money no problem. We love our stove and hasn't given any issues in the 2 years since we bought it. They even held onto it for a few months while construction was happening, and then delivered it to SF.

Oh my gosh! Can’t say enough positives about Julius Appliances! Customer service off the charts; Fabian went way beyond expectations to assure we were satisfied. I recommend them with complete confidence!

I would always come back for new appliances from here whenever one of my old ones stopped working or had something wrong, they always make sure to check whats wrong and fix anything.

They have every brand for at least 30% off the big box store price I would really recommend them they have my respect

This is a great appliance shop. It was super easy to come in, browse around with the employee for a few minutes, and find an excellent washer/dryer set for a great price. They have delivery and installation options. We had it delivered and installed within a few business days. Amazing!

I got a refrigerator and I needed to finance it and it was really easy they didn’t even have to run my credit and I didn’t have to deal with interest or anything like that it was a really easy process.

This was the easiest appliance store I have worked with. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go here!
