Review: I purchased auto insurance at this company then found a less expensive policy with another company. The day after I purchased the insurance at J[redacted]'s I went back for a refund. They told me they could not refund the whole amount because they are an insurance broker and they take a $108 fee. On top of that, my $71 refund would come in the form of a check in 3-4 weeks. This is baloney. I thought consumers have the right to cancel any purchase within 3 business days and receive a full refund. I would like my $108 returned to me. Please help.Desired Settlement: I want my $108 back.
