Julie's Enterprise

I was supposed to go in on February 22nd and have pictures taken I did not go to the appointment I called and canceled they charge my credit card anyways I called and told the lady I did not want to do it she said I'm sorry there's no refunds we hold your credit card to locking your account and I said I don't have an account with you guys but they charged me anyways. I went to my bank and asked them to help but its been over a week and no one is getting back to me
