over an hour as it was an extensive amount of financial paperwork) I started drafting a Petition which would be the first step in her type of case.  Ms. [redacted] then informed me that she was no longer moving forward. I was later contacted my Ms. [redacted]'s new attorney.   Ms. [redacted] mentions a 15 minute appointment.  It is important to note that my time is billed for time spent with clients, however my billable time also includes reviewing the file and getting ready for the appointment, not just the appointment itself.  Ms. [redacted] has indeed received a refund in the amount of $1,200.00 which takes into account my time spent on her file.  I consider this matter closed and wish nothing but the best for Ms. [redacted].
