The patient has been a delightful loyal patient for many years. 
I have reviewed the issue and appprently the insurance company did not pay on the cleaning. 
Regardless, had I known about this situation, I would have gladly cleared her account

After reading the complaint letter, I personally called the patient and resolved the matter right away.  She was a loyal patient and deserves a free cleaning and treated as VIP
