Review: I purchased (through PayPal) an order of juice from the company October 1, 2013. When I realized that I was not going to be able to receive the product in time before a trip, I called to cancel. The gentleman on the phone said that it would not be a problem, just to write him an email with my order number (#[redacted]) and he would cancel the order and refund my money. I have yet to see the refund on my account and have tried over five times to get in touch with the company to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded 100% of the $218.00

Review: I purchased 4 juice cleanses plus shipping for $655 in total. There were 3 purchased through Groupon (vouchers on outside website) for $155 each totally $365. While one cleanse plus shipping was purchased directly through their website. I had redeemed the 3 Groupons and paid $190 though PayPal. The product was ordered February 18th with a shipping date of February 27th. The juice did not come and they would not return my phone calls or emails. I have emailed them 3 times and called around 10 times. The only responses I have received to my emails are automatic emails saying they would get back to me soon.Desired Settlement: I desire a 100% refund of $655
