Our basic warrant has a once a year on site service inspection. During that appointment we do necessary repairs. Unless there is an emergency and wall collapse because of faulty work. This warrant only covers damage work cause by materials installed incorrectly. Does not...
cover any damages cause by nature or accidents. [redacted] has used her service calls for 2016 and can make a new appointment for 2017 at anytime as long as weather permit. Must be a dry day over 40 degrees outside. I spoke to [redacted] several of times and she has been very unreasonable and rude. I explained to her that I could not give a new appointment but would stop by on my own free time to check everything out. When I stopped by I did not see anything that needed immediate attention. The cracks in wall are minor and the pillar was still attached. I received a text message from client threatening to sue me for fraud. I explained to her that the cracks in wall was not serious enough for an emergency repair, but I will see if I could make some kind of arrangements to do it on my free time. Then she got very rude about me coming to her house when she wasn’t home and warn me to never do that again. I was very offended to hear her say that because I have worked at her home several time when no one was home. We take pride in our work and stand by our warranty. J.B & B. will be more than happy to repair this wall. She can contact me and set a appointment for 2017. J.B. & B truly apologize for the confusion and we thank you for your patience. ...⇄ ...⇄ ...⇄ K[redacted], president
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Judson still refuses to admit that the crack problems are from design failure not weather related. I will schedule an appointment with him. He is mad I insulted his work but I am out thousands of dollars worth of wall that will not withstand the test of time because it is not designed (not enough cores poured and no anchor to hill)to hold up to the pressure of the soil it is supposed to hold back! I have every right to be upset. I will use my yearly repairs until they are up and then I will have to hire someone else to do the job right.
