In the agreement of sale, she was sold a full one year warranty and a 10 year structural warranty. The items she was concerned about were attempted to be repaired a year ago but the house was not accessible to do the repairs. She insisted on having the repairs done in the evening which is not feasible. Our sub-contractors work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:00pm. The warranty terms and hours of operation are all listed in the homeowner manual which she received at deposit. The one year warranty expired on May 7, 2015. As a courtesy we are completing the repairs at no cost to the homeowner.
