Juartes - Town and Country Car Wash

Town and Country Car Wash on 2747 E Chapman Ave, in Orange, CA 92869 (714) 288-0900. The manager, Juartes, is a flat out liar and will rip your hard earned money out of your hands and act like he doesn't know better because he only speaks Spanglish. I paid $50 for a hand wax, exterior wash and interior cleaning. They broke a plastic piece off the roof of my highlander, part of the cargo rack and did not tell me about it. They also did not vacuum the interior at all. When I complained about it, Juartes said the price is not for interior. So I guess the services you agree on prior to payment differ from what you actually receive once they have your money. Furthermore, Juartes told ME, as a customer, that I was a liar. I had a bad experience with them before and waited a year to try them again and this happened. A year ago, they lost my keys and it took them over 30 mins to find them. They should be investigated because in looking at some Yelp reviews after the fact, I see others had the exact same complaint. Services you paid for were never honored and they will not correct it. They are paid in cash and I am sure they are not reporting all of their "earned" income from ripping innocent people off.
