Review: I visited the business from Orange County to purchase a set of four (4) tires 12/27/2013. The verbal quoted price for the tire services was seventy ($70.00 +) higher on the invoice, but
corrected and paid accordingly. I started my trip back to orange county and made a quick exit in the city of Carlsbad, about 40 miles north of their business. When I exited my
vehicle I notice my rear rim cover plated was missing. I returned to JTW and saw the owner "Tony" outside painting a metal tire rack. Although he was not there at his place
of business when I had the service performed I went to him for assistance. His response (as minimum as it was) was a shrud of his shoulder and word blurp "go see them." I
walked and spoke to the mechanic that installed the tires on my vehicle and he held up the rim cover plate to illustrate that he in fact hadn't reattached it to the rim. He was
working on another vehicle so I returned near my vehilce and waited until such time the plate would be reintalled. I notice a customer pulled into the shop and observe without hesitation
the owner [redacted] began to service as could be observed as he walked around their vehicle. As I continue to await service now approximately 10 minutes, I approached the owner and
communicated he exhibited a lack of customer service to me, and at the very least he could have escorted me to the mechanic to check on the problem, and afford me quicker service.
His reponse to me "are you a girl - do you want me to hold you by the hand?" My reponse was I want you to provide customer service. His reponse " I don't care about
customer service." My response "you don't" His "I don't" As the verbal exchange continued I unfortunatedly cursed at him, and he did to me likewise. I returned to my vehicle
and waited for the mechanice. The mechanice placed the cover on my rim shortly thereafter, I then left the place of business.Desired Settlement: I want the lack of customer service particularly that exhibited by the [redacted] - the owner to be a matter of public record.
