I am a nurse, on Sunday I had a patients family member in desperate need of a locksmith, she locked herself out of her home. She was very fragile, after a very emotional and heartbreaking event in her life. I called JT's keys and Locks and spoke to Johnny. I needed a key made for an old desk I bought. I left a message on a lockpro forum and was contacted by the owner of JTs Keys & Locks. Within a matter of an hour I was able to get them the lock information and had keys on the way to my home. [redacted] (the owner) was extremely helpful and courteous through the transaction.
