In response to complaint... In the beginning of December I had a shortage of staff due to them being affected by the Thomas Fires. I had trainees working with me for a span of two week. Mrs. [redacted] contacted me after the clean and stated she was unhappy with the service. I offered to come out myself...

the next day, which I did. I completed the list of items that she left behind that were her complaints. Mrs. [redacted] arrived before I finished and stated she was happy. At that time I felt job was complete and I left. When the bank contacted me about Mrs. [redacted] check, I called and left a voicemail, as well as send two text messages which was our previous form of communication. I never heard back from her and being that it was the holidays I figured I would give them the time to contact me. That never happened. Mrs [redacted] claims to have sent me a letter that I never received. The bank stated that they were not able to locate the account that the check was written from. Since then I have communicated with Mrs. [redacted] and came out with an arrangement for discount of service. I have attached original letter of demand for payment, which I have voided, along with the revised demand of payment, both of which were delivered to Mrs. [redacted] through certified mail. I have also attached documentation from the bank stating they could not locate acct check was written from. Thank you, if you have any further questions please contact me.
