JT Roofing and Remodeling

Review: Part of the roof installed by JT roofing separated from my house. the crown moulding was not replaced when the roof was installed so it is not attached. I have tried all summer to have [redacted] fix the problem and have been met with resistance and stalling for over three months. There have been birds in and out because thre is open space between my house and roof. [redacted] promises to come and replace the moulding and then just doesn't show. His contract provides for a 2 year warranty on labor, but he is not honoring his warranty.Desired Settlement: I want my money back so I can hire a different contractor to fix the defective work. I have given JT Roofing ample time to fix the problem.
