As for the customers complaint it has been dealt with We had repaired his floor on Monday August 22, to his satisfactionAs for his complaint, I feel it necessary not to go into details but he is a very difficult client to work with, and refused numerous times to pay for the work that was completed, due to this I pulled out of the job I do not wish to speak ill of him, and at this point the repair project was completed I do not see this going any further, however, it would not surprise me that he would still want money back as he has already taken me for over $in labor and materials that were put into the original remodelIf you would like to discuss this in further detail, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Thank you
