He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and very personable! He listened to my needs and wants and executed them perfectly! Now the finance guy "[redacted]" was a beast when it came to crunching numbers and helping to make the vehicle affordable for my husband and I! When we were nervous and anxious about the process he calmed us down and assured us that everything would be ok and it was!
