Mike Jennings left the machine on Wednesday, 11-27-2019, and did not leave copies of the paperwork. I had a situation with my dog on Friday, 11-29-2019. I took her to the vet, I thought I going to have put her down. I contacted Mike on Saturday, 11-30-2019 telling him I didn't know how I could afford the payment for the Rainbow and my vet bill. I contacted Mike on five more different occasions about the same thing. I have texts of all correspondences. I also was in contact with Jimmy, the owner, on 8 different occasions. I have record of all the correspondences. On Wednesday, 12-18-2019 Mike came and picked up the Rainbow, finally. With the promise that the financing would be cancelled. On Thursday, 1-16-2020, almost a month later, a payment came out of my account of $96.45 for the Rainbow! Plus I got charged $25.00 overdraft! On Monday, 1-20-2020 I contacted Jimmy though text to see what came of the situation. He said a check was in the mail. I called PCI on Tuesday,1-21-2020 to confirm that the situation was tken care of. It was finally cancelled abd I was told it would be several weeks before my money is returned. 2 months of this is uncalled for. It is highly unprofessional.
