The company parked their woodchipping truck in front of my house and dragged large tree branches between my car and a bush, causing damage to my car.
On 10/26/17, USA Lawns dragged large tree branches between my car in my driveway and a bush, about 2 ft space. The is a very large space between the houses they could have used to drag tree branches instead on between my car, in my driveway. I saw a worker do it and called a manager. Manager *** came out to assess and brought the 2 workers with him, who denied what they did, of course. They created a huge yelling scene in front of all my neighbors and denied causing damage. *** asked for video proof and my camera was not on at the time. He then went to my HOA to complain. I called their office again and the representative named *** asked me to email her pictures of the damage. The email was bogus and she stopped answering my calls.
I then called their HQ in Orlando, FL and was told complaints go to *** in Human Resources, so I left a message. She never called back.
Not only did they damage my car, they lied and then did nothing to fix it, ignored my complaint completely and caused a very embarrassing scene when the workers were denying what they did.
