Had windows installed by this company in 2008. We were told and it states on thier website they have a manufacturer LIFETIME warranty. A month ago, one of our windows just cracked out of the blue, nothing made contact with it. I assume it was due to the extreme temp difference between outside and inside. Whenever we called, no one answered, always a voicemail. After several voicemails over the course of about 3 weeks (unacceptable) a "girl" called us back to inform us since the company underwent new "structuring" they will not honor the warranty, and maybe we could just call Anderson ourselves and maybe they could just give us a new pane. Really?! Beware, this is a shady company. Will be going on other websites to warn other possible consumers.
