. This man will give you an earful and tell you everything you want to hear ***, he will then take your money and not deliver the product. I went over 6 months without product that Scott promised me, after numerous text messages (which I still have as proof) phone calls, even visits to his home (until I was threatened with police action) if I came to his home asking for my money back again, because his wife felt threatened. He did nothing but *** lead me on as to why he wasn't showing up to install the product or why he couldn't give me my money back. Oddly enough he and his family were able to go on a cruise that year to Hawaii presumably on my dime during that 6 months. In the end thankfully my credit card company went to bat for me and forcefully took the money from his account that he owed me. ***. He is also NOT a member of the Waterford Chamber of Commerce ( as it states at the bottom of his business receipt) nor has he ever had a business registered with them since I personally spoke to the director of that chamber.

. Always demanding more money for his time to upgrade,or configure an android t.v.box. He's had mine for almost 2 months and still can't get it right. Selling an IPTV 1 year membership for $120.00 a year. Is this even legal or legit? For the short time I had my t.v.box back, it never worked the way he said it should. We even upgraded the internet service, and upgraded our router to a top of the line device as recommended by this ***. ( he was hoping we'd buy from him) Still waiting for this t.v. box to be returned. He's had it since December 14th 2019 and today is Feb 8th 2020.Always has an excuse as to why he didn't show for the promised time or why he can't commit to actually delivering on what he was already paid to do at $60. an hour.
Could have got *** from *** to do the configuring and setup a lot cheaper and faster than what *** has charged, and the lack of commitment to customer service in a timely fashion. In fact I could have done things faster by using *** and following the instructions. I am quite concerned that whenever and if I get this device back that he has probably hacked into it to gain access to all my devices and accounts and I don't know how to check that.

I spoke with *** on May 4th regarding him providing a NAS Hard Drive which he would hold for me if I issued payment of $500 by May 5th. I sent an email transfer of funds on that day which was cashed on May 6th of which I have bank acknowledgement. From that date *** offered either no communication, excuses, or outright ***. On May 22nd I requested a refund of my money because of his lack of performance on the deal. He issued an invoice with a *** date of May 6th where the meta data indicated in was created May 22nd. Despite this attempted deception I decided to give the grace period of 7 to 10 business days for the refund. The 10th day was June 4th and after issuing both text message and email June 4th at 10pm requesting a refund transfer I've not heard from ***. I have bank records, emails, and text message as documented proof as to my charge.
