After receiving a notice from the Revdex.com we contacted our customer, [redacted] of [redacted], regarding his desire to close his account. When [redacted] originally called to close the account we advised we could not close the account unless we had received back the equipment...

that we had provided for him to use while he had the account open with us. He called us again in January to find out why the account was still open, we advised that as previously discussed we needed our terminal back. We sent him another [redacted] return label so that he could send the terminal back to us. [redacted] once again contacted us in March to advise that the account was still open. We confirmed with him we were still waiting on the terminal to be returned, and sent another [redacted] label. In [redacted] statement to the Revdex.com, he advises he returned the equipment to us. We spoke to his wife [redacted] on Monday, she advised that in fact, the terminal wa s still at the location. She claimed she was unaware that it had to be returned in order to close the account. We sent yet another [redacted] label, and finally received our terminal back. Now that we have the terminal back, we have arranged the account to be closed. We have advised the merchant that we now have everything we need to close the account, and as a onetime courtesy have issued a refund for monthly fees from January to May. We consider this issue now resolved.
