contractor started work and never finished still more work to do j&s construction won't answer phone calls [redacted] is name of contractormost of the work is done except the kitchen floor repair and cabinet in bathroom is not done or installed kickplate in kitchen is falling off. very unproffesional work habits. and will not respond to my calls. dishwasher needs bracket installedDesired Settlementwork to be finished
