Jim is the best. He has performed 2 inspections for us in the Danbury area. He is prompt, efficient and thorough. He definitely goes the extra mile as exemplified by his crawling on his stomach to get under a deck to examine the support structure (which was deficient). He found ots of things that needed correction in our first inspection, and when the owner was not willing to make the corrections or give us an allowance, we walked away. Now, at our second inspection, he gave the place a thumbs up and we are moving forward. I couldn't recommend him any higher. He is "THE BEST".
