Asphalt Paving sealed my driveway on July 9, 2019. Unfortunately, a worker using a propane heat flame burned one of our landscape bushes. James Riley was contacted about this issue and asked me to get a landscaper's estimate for replacement and he would reimburse me the cost. I texted pictures of the burned bush, landscaper's invoice, and the new bush to James. I've received three texts from him about reimbursement of the bush, but still no payment. On November 5 I called him and talked to him. He said he would stop by during the week and pay me. The week is over and still no payment. It has now been over four months and still no reimbursement. I have all the dates and communication between he and I on my phone and/or written down.
