Randy Bhupal, the owner of JR's Heating & A/C, came out to perform diagnostics on our AC unit, to determine if there was a refrigerant leak.
His 30 yrs experience was quickly apparent as he methodically zeroed in on the cause. What I appreciated the most was how he explained the problem, the steps he would take to troubleshoot, and what different outcomes would mean... all in a way that is easy to understand.
On top of that, a really nice guy! I wouldn't hesitate to call Randy again and highly recommend JR's H&AC.
