After reviewing the complaint and my files this is my responseI do not recall whether [redacted] called in August or notMy response to her would have been, "per your contract, you must send n a day written notice"This is what we tell anyone who calls in to cancelPer our contracts, we do require a written notice days prior to the renewal dateAs she stated, I did not receive her written notification until November 19, At that time I responded with an email and a copy of their contract showing the Automatic Renew date of September 16thNothing was mentioned about being ill ,just that they wanted to cancelWe did have a telephone conversation at which time I went to my supervisor and we decided if they would pay thru February, we would cancel the accountWe felt that $was fairThat is when she said it was a scam and that was the last time we spokeWe sent them a certified letter on January 15, and we received it back as UnclaimedWe still waited until July 8, to send them to collections for the balance of their contract I can provide copies of our emails and their contract should you requireI thank you for your assistance in this matterI can be reached Monday - Wednesday am to pm at the number listed below or you can email me at the address below[redacted]
