Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In the statement from the business, it states that they were unaware of the situation until 11:30, when all reality we had made several attempts to get in touch with someone when the bus was not there by 10: We left several messages and even sent them a inbox message on their facebook page.I know the business responded that they have refunded my total refund however, that has nothing to do with the fact of my daughters event/celebration being ruined We had people waiting to go and celebrate this special day only to have the event not take place due to a forfeit of the company without any reasoning As a business, I think there should always be a back driver on hand should an emergency arise which I don't believe that was the case at all when I arrived at the business on Monday, June 6, I was told by the owner of the company with a smile on is face that the driver slept right through our event.As a customer who did not receive what was expected and had been paid for well in advance, I think something more then just a refund needs to be done to make up for my event that did not happen based on the business mishap Regards, [redacted] ***
