DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were quoted low to win the business and left us with poorly installed windows and no response from him to correct. We were forced to purchase a whole new set of windows because a few windows wouldn’t close completely. Our new contractor said this was due to the windows being too large for the openings. This is hard to imagine because they came out twice to measure. He promised us a 2nd set of windows because “we bought the best and deserved better than him trying to squeeze them in”. After waiting nearly a month for new windows, we realized later that he never ordered smaller windows. He came back and replaced some of the framing with smaller pieces of wood, therefore making the openings larger. He never explained this to us but in his words he was giving us a “custom install”. Once they were installed a couple days went by and we noticed one was open and wouldn’t shut. We contacted him right away and this is where he began to blow us off. By this time it was winter and we explained the window was in our two year old son’s room, and that didn’t seem to bother him. Our new contractor said there wasn’t any consistency with the installation. He felt they did whatever was easiest for them. He also said one windows wasn’t even screwed in on one side. Once he stopped returning our calls, we took him to Small Claims court which he couldn’t be bothered with and never showed up. We therefore won the case, but he hasn’t paid us 1 penny. We’ve contacted him MANY times throughout the process with no results, just lies upon lies. He is full of empty promises and should not be trusted.
