I had contacted the bussiness and they kept saying they will be here Saturday, and never did. Contacted them again and they said it was next Saturday. Again they did not show. I contacted them again and they Said they will be here Friday after 12:00. Again they did not show. Review: We hired the above mentioned contractor to replace our floor (the whole upstairs)., reinstall the lowers kitchen cabinets( because of severe water damage), and sheet rock all the water damaged walls/ceilings. We were quoted that it would be approximately 4 weeks to perform the repairs at $16K. ultimately, it took over 6 months to perform the repairs and the work is not complete. The contractor was paid if full, but the floors are buckling, the downstairs has no electricity, he sheet rocked OVER the gas fireplace, the washing machine has no drain. plus,they stole three air conditioners, three radiators, a wrought iron stairwell handle, plus numerous other things, too much to get into now. They are thieves and need to be stopped/ The cost to replace/repair their mistakes was between 8 to 11 thousand dollars.Desired Settlement: we desire a refund of 8 to 11 thousand dollars due to shoddy workmanship and the apparent lack of QA/QC..

Review: Company put in a front porch with steps, put in a concrete walkway and put up a retaining wall. The walkway cracked after they were finished and I called [redacted] at ###-###-####. He had came by my house to look at the crack and said he will fix it but will have to wait until april when the weather got warmer. Since the beginning of april I am unable to contact [redacted] so I called his partner [redacted] at ###-###-#### numerous times. Last week I finally got in touch with him and after a few broken promises of coming by to fix the walkway he said he will be there on april ** early in the morning. Needless to say he never showed up and with numerous calls to him he did not pick up the phone. But he was quick to collect the payment in cash. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and I am sure all the money I gave them to do the work went unclaimed. I paid alot of money for this work and I expect it to last more than a month. And all I want is my walkway fixed right.Desired Settlement: Either fix my walkway in a timely manner the right way or refund $1500 so I can get a real trustworthy company to do it right.
