Review: My house had roof leakage last spring. Ronald *. L[redacted] from the company repaired the roof on April 23. 2013. In December 2013 Me and my husband ([redacted]) noticed many damp areas on the roof. We have been contacting him since then. After very few delayed response, he finally came to our house and confirmed the leakage either Feburary or March 2014. I can confirm the date later if it is important date to report. He said he will repair the roof under warranty once the weather gets little warmer. However until now, our roof has not been repaired. I can attach email communications between my husband and him to prove how patiently we've been waiting. We just want our roof to be repaired as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: Roof leakage repairing anytime soon.
