Jr Gas and Mini Mart

I went to JR Gas & Mini Mart, South 30th St., I asked for $in gas I put on my debit card and gave cash The employee says there's a $fee for not spending $but there's no sign that state's a fee is to be charged if you spend under $and my receipt only reflects a $charge so think of how many folks they are getting over on for $each time you spend under $ I gave him $3cash, $7on my card & $in change for this so called fee that isn't listed on my receiptNot OK!!!!!!

I put 7 on my debit card and gave 3 cash.
The employee says there's a $.75 fee for not spending $10 but there's no sign that state's a fee is to be charged if you spend under $10 and my receipt only reflects a $10 charge so think of how many folks they are getting over on for $.75 each time you spend under $10.
