We sent a replacement order to customer on 3/12/that should have consisted of cigars and an ashtray Since customer is claiming that he did not receive an ashtray, we are sending another order of just the ashtray to resolve the issue

I guess they think I can't read, or would just not worry about the advertisement this is the third time I was shortchanged in the past yearthe rest, I called, but with no response

I am rejecting this response because:
I field on 3/ I filed a complaint with you and the company agreed to fill the order, but today I receive In the mail what , but is not what they sail they would do... I do not no the orig complaint number, because I destroyed that info when I believed they were going to comply. I am looking for an ashtray they promised with my order, but they instead again sent me cigars... not what they promised . I want my ashtray.

Upon researching the order that was placed by Mr. [redacted], the invoice shows that he purchased a box of H. Upmann cigars and, as advertised, he was sent the corresponding promotional pack for that purchase. The promotional pack consisted of 5 bonus cigars and an ashtray for an additional $5.00....
We show no indication that Mr. [redacted] attempted to contact us to let us know that he had not received any part of the promotional pack. We will be happy to send him a replacement order at no charge. We would have been happy to do the same, if he would have contacted us directly.
