JR Boat Repair

I took my boat to get painted. I was guaranteed a 3 week time frame and took 3 months to complete. when I went to view it, I noticed that he did a terrible paint job and I was completely dissatisfied with his work. i've been trying to contact him about getting my money back but he no longer answers my calls. I also noticed parts were missing which were some rear plugs and the tilt switch.
